Planning and Programs Development

Planning is the process of possessing a plan for completing an objective. It includes defining the problem, establishing objectives and setting up action strategies to achieve these kinds of goals.

A well-planned software provides a very clear picture of how to strategy the challenge at hand and what techniques are necessary to fix it. Additionally, it helps to decrease the uncertainties that often happen as a result of unanticipated events or changes in the environment.

Generally, there are seven major steps in the look cycle: appealing stakeholders, executing a situational analysis/needs assessment, producing goals and objectives, developing a task plan, financing and budgeting, collecting data to determine result, and analyzing progress to achievement of program goals.

Goals and objectives are the most important part of your program, they usually should be described in an appropriate approach to ensure that they are achieved. These must be realistic, mutually agreed to and measurable.

The next phase is to identify the audience for a course. This will help to concentrate the program upon that audience’s needs and make it more likely while using group to participate.

Finally, the program plan should description a series of initial, intermediate, and long-term ultimate (Israel, 2001). These should be aligned along with the goals and objectives for the plan.

Including people, just like volunteers, Advisory Local authorities, donors and other stakeholders inside the program organizing process is vital to successful Extension education. It involves almost all members and builds commitment to the applications.
